About the Recipe
If you’re looking for an easy, indulgent & deliciously fudgy treat then these are for you!
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup Choc Protein
2 tbsp chocolate collagen
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1 block dark chocolate
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients (except dark chocolate block) into a bowl until sticky.
2. Pour into lined loaf tin and and press down evenly. Allow to set in freezer for 30 mins.
3. Melt your dark chocolate block with 1 tbsp coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
4. Pour over fudge and put back into freezer.
5. Cut into bars and enjoy!
Store in airtight container in the freezer
