Ingredients
BASE
1.5 cups almond meal
3 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
MIDDLE
2/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
TOP
Your favourite block of choc
1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine bottom layer in a bowl with fork and place into lined pan and press firmly. Bake for 10 minutes on 180* until the base is golden. Allow base to cool.
Step 2
Heat middle ingredients in a pan on medium heat mixing constantly until slight bubbles begin to appear.
Step 3
Pour middle layer on top of base layer and place in freezer. Allow to set for at least one hour.
Step 4
Add your choc bar and coconut oil to a saucepan and melt on medium heat. Pour over middle layer and place in freezer for 20 mins.
Step 5
Sprinkle with some salt & cut into bars. Enjoy!
Store in fridge.
