Ingredients
DRY:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup dark choc chips
WET:
2 eggs
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Preparation
1. Add dry ingredients in a bowl (except choc chips).
2. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
3. Mix wet to dry.
4. Add in choc chips.
5. Pour into lined loaf tin and flatten out evenly.
6. Bake for 11 mins on 180°C.
