Ingredients
DRY:
1.5 cups oats
1/2 cup buckinis
1/4 cup puffed quinoa
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 scoop Chocolate Protein
Pinch of salt
WET:
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat mix together wet ingredients until smooth and runny.
3. Pour into dry mixture and mix until sticky and combined.
4. Pour into lined baking tray and flatten out evenly.
5. Bake for 20-30 mins on 180°C.
6. Allow to cool completely (this is crucial) and then break into clusters.
7. Enjoy as cereal or as a topping on your smoothie bowl.
