About the Recipe

HEALTHY CHOCOLATE LCM’s! These literally taste like the real deal! You wouldn’t know the difference between the store bought lcm’s and these bars..,except that they are made with wholesome ingredients and are HEALTHY. They are also super easy to whip up… the perfect snack for that after lunch sweet tooth. ENJOY!

Ingredients

BARS:

2 cups quinoa puffs

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1/4 cup cacao powder

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla


TOP:

1/2 block dark chocolate

Preparation

1. Add all 'bars' ingredients to a bowl and mix well until sticky.


2. Pour into lined loaf tin and allow to set in freezer for an hour.


3. Melt your chocolate. Pour melted chocolate over the bars and allow to set in freezer for another hour.


4. Cut into bars and enjoy!


5. Store in freezer.
