Ingredients

DRY:

3/4 cup almond flour

3/4 cup plain flour

1/3 cup cacao powder

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

Pinch of cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 block 85% dark chocolate, chopped


WET:

3 overripe bananas, mashed

2 eggs

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup almond milk

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

1. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl (except dark chocolate block).


2. In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.


3. Mix wet to dry.


4. Add in chocolate block.


5. Pour into lined loaf tin and bake for 45-50 mins on 180°C.


6. Allow to cool slightly in the tin, and then transfer to cooling rack.


7. Store in airtight container.
