Toppings:

1/4 cup mixed berries

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp peanut butter

Drizzle of honey

Preparation

1. Add oats, milk & water to a small saucepan over medium heat, continuously stirring until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.

2. Take off the heat and add in your protein powder. You may need to add in some more milk as the powder dries out the mixture.

3. Pour into a bowl and add your toppings.
