About the Recipe
If you know me then you would know by now I am a sucker for any type of slice… especially when it LOOKS and TASTES this good! Homemade treats often have fewer added sugars and unhealthy ingredients than store-bought options. By making your own chocolate coconut slice, you can control the ingredients and use healthier options, such as cacao powder, natural sweeteners, and coconut oil instead of butter. Additionally, homemade treats are often fresher and more flavourful than store-bought options, which can make them more satisfying and enjoyable. Another benefit of making your own chocolate coconut slice is that it can be a fun and creative activity to do at home, whether you are cooking with friends or family or simply looking for a new kitchen project to try. Overall, this is a delicious and nutritious way to enjoy a sweet treat while also controlling the ingredients and getting creative in the kitchen.
