This chocolate bark recipe is the perfect snack for those who want to satisfy their sweet tooth without eating unhealthy processed snacks. It's full of protein, fibre and healthy ingredients like Greek yoghurt and nuts. If you don't have the exact same toppings as I have listed above, don't worry! You can use any combination of your favourite nuts, seeds and fruit. This recipe is versatile and can be customised to suit your taste preferences.


Ingredients

2 cups greek yoghurt

2 servings chocolate protein powder @welleco

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp honey


Toppings:

Blueberries

Almonds

Pumpkin seeds

Shredded coconut

Preparation

1. Mix the yoghurt, protein powder, cacao powder and honey together in a bowl until smooth.

2. Pour onto lined baking tray and flatten out evenly.

3. Sprinkle your toppings on top.

4. Pop into the freezer for a few hours.

5. Break up and enjoy!
