Ingredients

BASE:

1.5 cups almond meal

3 tbsp coconut flour

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut milk


COCONUT LAYER:

1.5 cups shredded coconut

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

2 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp Vanilla Protein (Optional)


CHOC MIDDLE LAYER:

1/2 cup cacao powder

3/4 cup coconut oil

1 tbsp water


CHOC TOP LAYER:

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp coconut flour

5 tbsp milk

2-3 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

Combine bottom layer into lined pan and press firmly. Bake for 10 minutes on 180°C until the base is golden. Allow base to cool.


Mix middle layer together and pour on top of base.


Melt choc layer in pot and pour over middle layer. Put in freezer and allow to set for 30 minutes.


Mix choc top layer together in a bowl. Pour over choc middle layer.


Put back in freezer for a few hours to set.


Store in freezer or fridge.
