Ingredients

WET:

2.5 bananas, mashed

2 egg

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup coconut sugar


DRY:

1 cup oat flour

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

1. Add ‘wet’ ingredients to a bowl and whisk well.


2. Add the dry ingredients into the wet bowl (except chocolate chips) and stir with a spatula until just combined.


3. Add in choc chips and stir.


4. Pour into lined muffin tin and bake for 25-30 mins on 180°C.
