Ingredients
1/3 cup oat flour (blended oats)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp oat milk
2 squares dark chocolate
Preparation
1. Add all ingredients (except chocolate) and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into a lined ramekin dish.
3. Add in your chocolate on top.
4. Bake in the oven for 20 mins on 160°C.
